PRESENTER INFORMATION
The IRC-2023 Committee is pleased to provide the below information to assist Oral and Poster Presenters prepare for the International Rapeseed Congress.
Posters
All Posters will be displayed in the Poster Hall, located in the Hyde Park Room on Level 2 of the Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Hotel.
If you have been notified of a successful Poster abstract submission, the below Poster Guidelines will help with the planning of your Poster presentation.
Posters
will be available for view by delegates at all times during the Congress.
There will also be
dedicated Poster Viewing sessions between 5:00pm and 6:00 pm on Monday and
Tuesday.
All accepted Posters must be placed on the assigned board on Sunday 24 September from 2:00 pm to 5:30 pm or before commencement of the Congress on Monday morning.
Please note: All Posters must be in place before 7:30 am on Monday 25 September.
Oral Presentations
If you have been notified of a successful Oral abstract presentation, the below Speaker Guidelines are provided to assist with your preparations for the event.
Please note: 16:9 aspect ratio is to be used for all presentations. We appreciate you reading through the Presentation Guidelines thoroughly and adhering to the requirements to ensure your presentation runs smoothly.
